A. By cancelling the existing booking through APP or WEB and re-book.

A. if you book through our app or website, you will receive confirmation straight way on your and as well as on your email.

A. Of course, we do not operate like other taxi companies in the city. We only take bookings for long distance journeys, for example airport, seaport transfer and we can also transfer you from one city to another city, town or village.

A. Hello Carz APP and WEB accept all major credit and debit cards. Our terminals accept contactless payments. If you are a business, we also provide credit account facilities.

A. Hello Carz can tailor accounts to meet specific requirements. We would be more than happy to help you with this. Please email us at info@https://hellocarz.co.uk to discuss in more detail or go to our home page and click on the corporate customer link and send us a message. We offer 30 day credit facilities and once invoiced you can pay by BACS, credit, debit card, bank transfer.

A.The cost of your journey will depend on the distance and time of day the journey takes place. All our fares are estimated based on one pick up and one drop off point with no stop on the way. If there is stop then additional charges will be added.

A. We offer wheelchair access facilities, just ensure that you request this when you book by WEB or APP. 

A. Hello Carz will be more than happy to take you home just book online through APP or WEB.

A. At the time of booking if  you can provide us your mobile number we will text you which cab to expect (this will include cab registration number, make and model, colour of the cab and link to track your cab.

A. Hello Carz have a fantastic record when answering customer calls and on average over 99% of our calls are answered within 2 rings. The only time you may be expected to wait is when the weather is particularly bad or during a busy weekend night.
